Harbaksh Sidhu, CEO and Director

Harbaksh Sidhu is the founder of Core Separations, a CO2 technology and equipment company focused on natural products processing. He was the General Manager of Purification Business Operations at Waters (NYSE: WAT) after its acquisition of Thar Instruments. He was the co-founder of Thar Instruments and in his role as President managed company’s growth to be the largest supplier of CO2 instrumentation, supercritical extraction and chromatography, in the world with operations in North America, Europe and Asia. Customers included multi-national pharmaceutical and specialty chemicals companies, government, universities, industry research and development organizations. His 25+ years of experience in supercritical equipment design, development and manufacturing includes patents, diverse product portfolio and role as Program Director of Waters’ UPC2 analytical chromatography system.

​Charles MaLette, President and Director

Mr. Malette was an Investment Advisor for more than 35 years with Canaccord Genuity Corp. He has many years investing in public companies in various industries, and analyzing and reviewing hundreds of public companies’ financial statements. Mr. MaLette graduated from the University of Calgary in 1970 with a degree in Economics. Mr. MaLette joined Canaccord Genuity Corp. in 1983 as an Investment Advisor and resigned on December 31, 2018, to become the CEO and director of Core Process Solutions Inc. Mr. MaLette is also a director and secretary of the B.C. Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association.

​James Bordian, CFO and Director

James Bordian is a retired Chartered Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor with over 40 years’ experience. During his career, Mr. Bordian has held senior management positions with US Plywood, Dillingham Corporation, Air Canada, and BC Hydro. Presently he is Vice President of a Vancouver-based private management-consulting firm.

​Terry Fields, Director

Mr. Fields graduated from UCLA in 1965 with a Bachelor of Science and then attended the University of Loyola Law School, where he received his Juris Doctorate and thereafter practiced law in California for over 40 years. During this time, Mr. Fields served as an officer and director on many public companies in the United States and Canada. He has extensive experience in corporate and securities law, with special emphasis in the resource sector. He is currently a self-employed Attorney-at-Law and business consultant.
